Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana (mileycyrusworld.org)
If you're over fifteen, you likely have no clue what is happening in regards to the Disney Channel Sweepstakes. If you're fifteen or under, tonight concludes one of the most exciting TV weeks that you can remember.
Since July 12th, tweens around the nation have been tuning into the Disney Channel to see sneak peeks of Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana, a three-episode cross-over special that combines "Wizards of Waverly Place," "The Suite Life on Deck" and "Hannah Montana."
During these sneak peeks, young fans have had to keep track of how certain items are used--items such as combs, lip gloss, and orange life vests. Kids then go onto Disney's site and play a game that allows them to recall what items they saw (and what character used them) in hopes to win a grand prize. There's no million dollars here, but kids get the opportunity to win charm bracelets, wizard wands, and life preservers from the show.
Tonight, however, the entire Wizards Deck special debuted, giving kids one last opportunity to play Disney's scavenger hunt . The deadline is July 20th to enter. Results are revealed in August.
Boston TV Examiner: This is shameless self promotion by Disney--without question--but we all grew up loving certain shows as kids and would do anything to consume whatever product bore our favortie character's name. I suppose this is no different.
