Sarah Palin's much talked about interview on "Oprah" aired Monday and the former vice presidential candidate discussed the 2008 campaign, her daughter's pregnancy, and Levi Johnston.

On Levi, Palin admitted that she was disappointed in the father of her grandson, saying, "Some of the things that he is doing is kind of heartbreaking."

Palin also shared her feelings on Johnston's decision to appear in a photo spread in Playgirl, saying, "I call that porn."  The Playgirl photo shoot features Johnston posing with a hockey stick, as the spread is being marketed as a "tribute to hockey moms."

Palin also criticized Katie Couric for the televised interviews that the former Alaska Governor feels cast her in a negative light.

"For people who only know me from that interview, I don't blame people for thinking I was ill-qualified," Palin said on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Sarah Palin was routinely mocked for her answers to Couric's questions.  Even Tina Fey turned Palin's lack of assuredness into a running joke that eventually won her an Emmy.  It was Couric's question about what news sources she reads, however, that continues to upset the former vice presidential candidate.

"It was more like, 'Are you kidding me, are you really asking me?" Palin said. "It seemed like [Couric] was discovering this nomadic tribe...asking me, 'How do you stay in touch with the real world?"

"I rolled my eyes and was annoyed with the question," she continued, adding that she thought, "No matter what I say it will be twisted and perceived as a bit negative."

Sarah Palin was also on "Oprah" to promote her new book "Going Rogue," which hits stores on Tuesday.

Other key notes in the Oprah-Palin interview

Why the McCain/Palin ticket lost last November:  "The economy tanked under a Republican administration... Unfortunately, our ticket represented what was perceived as status quo."

Running for vice president while raising five children: "It never occurred to me that I couldn't do the job because of my children."

Entering the 2012 presidential race: "It's not on my radar screen right now."

On Levi Johnston: "I hear he goes by the name Ricky Hollywood now... He's quite busy with his media tours and he hasn't seen [his son] in a while."

During Oprah's interview of Sarah Palin, Mrs. Palin stated that her children should have been off-limits to the press. I must ask - why did she choose to have the above picture taken if she wants the press to leave her children alone?
