Local Boston TV anchors Bianca de la Garza and David Wade announced yesterday that their 12-year marriage will come to an end.
The couple's agent, Mendes J. Napoli, asked the media to respect the privacy of David and Bianca during this "very difficult time for both of them."
Both David and Bianca went to Emerson College in Boston, and currently have a daughter, Danica, who was born in 2006.
Bianca de la Garza does the morning news at Channel 5, while David Wade anchors the Channel 4 news. Wade and de la Garza often referred to their competiting jobs as a "rivalry."
Neither de la Garza nor Wade had any further comment on the reports that their marriage was ending.
