Ronnie: a "high school" snitch? (CBS)
We're only three episodes into the eleventh installment of Big Brother, and the craziness has already begun.
It started with an ugly Power of Veto competition. Forced to pop pimples off a giant face in the back yard, the houseguests then had to find hidden letters among the mess and create words. The man or woman who spelt the longest word won the Power of Veto.
Russell spelt the word "shotgun" while Jeff spelt..."technotronics?"
Your guess is as good as mine regarding that one.
Russell went on to win the veto compeition, and viewers were once again forced to listen the phrase "Russell the Love Muscle" flow from his lips.
Later in the game, Russell chose to pick a fight with Jeff, hoping to put a target on back of Mr. Technotronics. It seemed to work, as the shouting match between Russell and Jeff turned into Jeff's self-defense against both Russell and Natalie.
In the major turn within the house, Lydia (who is on the block) convinces Russell and Jessie to consider using the Power of Veto on her, thus requiring another nominee to go up in her place. Soon, the focus shifts to Braden as a possible target.
Russell tells 'brainiac' Ronnie of his plan, but Ronnie has loose lips. Ronnie clearly overplayed his hand by telling Braden and others of Russell's plan, in hopes of being able to build alliances on both sides. Russell realizes Braden heard something and suspects Ronnie--Ronnie denies it--and now the self proclaimed 'national persuasion champion' has a target on his back.
In the end, Russell vetoed Lydia off the block, and Jessie put Braden in her place. Hopefully Zoolander leaves the house, as he's a boring and quite vapid personality. I think the producers struck out regarding that casting decision. Oh well, no one can be worse than Jase.
We've seen houseguests on Big Brother get far too cute when it comes to playing both sides. This is what happened to Ronnie. We'll see if he can "persuade" his way out of this mess.
