A Paulding County Sheriff's deputy has been arrested after becoming aggressive with officers early Sunday morning.
According to authorities, Paulding County deputies responded to a domestic violence call in Douglasville approxiamately around 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Deputy Patric Huston began by refusing to communicate or respond to officers that were called on the scene. SWAT was then called to the scene, Hudson surrendered peacefully.
Once under control, Huston was taken to WellStar Paulding Hospital for an evaluation. Authorities believe alcohol may have been the factor for his demeanor.
Once evaluated, Huston was taken to the Paulding County Jail. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating the incident, additional charges could be pending.
