Want to be part of what Lifetime Fitness is calling "The Ride of a Lifetime?"  Anyone can sign up to be one of 1,000 people to take part in the world's largest cycling class.  It will be held at the Target Center in Downtown Minneapolis on Sunday, March 7th from 11 am to 1 pm.

The ride will take place on spinning cycles, so you don't need to bring your bike or trainer.  The cost is $49.95, but that includes the new 2010 Lifetime Cycling Club Jersey that must be worn for the ride.  (You can register for only $10 if you have an older Lifetime Cycle Club Jersey that you can wear.)

All you need to bring are bike shoes with SPD cleats (or regular tennis shoes), a couple of water bottles, and a Lifetime Jersey.  If you don't have a current jersey, you can pick yours up when you check in before the ride.

The 2 hour class will be taught by Bahram Akradi, the founder and CEO of Lifetime Fitness.

My wife and I have signed up!  Will we see you there?…
