Alina has competed in triathlon for more than 10 years, racing in sprint to Ironman distance events. In her "down time," she competes in off-road XTERRA, adventure races and orienteering events. She has raced at the USA national level and is a graduate of Princeton University where she was co-captain of the Varsity Women's Water Polo Team.
