There's a new place in town to treat your dog -- literally.

The Woof Gang Bakery just opened its 10th store in the Dr Phillips area of Orlando. The store is a boutique for dogs and cats, and features all-natural food, health supplements, toys and accessories for your pet. The best part though is definitely the homemade doggie treats. You can choose from twelve varieties including Peanut Butter Carob Chip, Cheese Stix, Nutty Squirrels and more. The treats do not contain any added salt, sugar or preservatives, and they also offer wheat-free and low-fat varieties. The treats look good enough to eat and my dog agrees!

Besides the daily treat selection, they also sell small six-layer peanut butter birthday cakes for your dog, as well as small cupcakes. They can also write your pet's name on the cake as if it were from a human bakery. I can't wait until my dog's birthday so I can get him one -- but that's not until April. They also bake seasonal dog treats for holidays such as Halloween and Christmas, so look out for those.

If you sign up for their Loyalty Program you will receive one of their signature peanut butter bones on your dog's birthday, as well as exclusive "members only" promotions and special events and a monthly newsletter. They also offer a frequent shoppers card -- you get a punch on the card for every $10 you spend. When the card is full, you get $10 off your next purchase.

Woof Gang Bakery only sells premium USA-made, all natural food for dogs and cats. They are well educated about their products and can help you make the right choice for your pet. They are also aware of what to recommend if your dog or cat has a health problem or allergies. They also carry assorted treats that include ingredients such as venison and kangaroo -- it may sound strange but some dogs may be allergic to "normal" pet treats. They also carry treats to help with hip and joint problems, as well as to improve your dog's skin and coat. There's a large selection for any dog, and feel free to ask them any questions that you may have.

For those traveling with their pet, they offer a wide assortment of colorful collars and leashes, Port-A-Bowls (soft bowls that fold flat to fit in your purse or pocket), car booster seats for small dogs, and car harnesses. For those dogs going boating, they have various sizes of dog life jackets. The Grooming Wipes are handy when traveling -- they're basically baby wipes but for dogs. It's a great item to pack when you can't give your dog a bath and they come in a handy travel pack.

Herbal supplements for dogs and cats are also sold at Wolf Gang Bakery including "Happy Traveler" an herbal supplement to help relieve stress when traveling. Another item I thought was a great idea is a duvet cover which you fill with your old clothing. I know my dog loves laying on our clothes and so this would be a great item for any traveling pet, or for those that have to be left behind in a kennel.
