In order to get lean and mean, car manufacturers are killing off some models. Here is you potential throw away list:
It looks like GM is pulling the plug on the Saturn brand. Bye-bye Saturn Vue, Aura, and Sky.
Hummer H2. Really. Is anyone going to miss this one?
All but 4 models of the Pontiac brand.
Lexus SC. After 2009 no more convertibles, shrinking an already shrunk market.
Dodge Viper. Mopar Enthusiasts may get soggy hankies, but most of us will shed nary a tear.
Honda S2000. A little surprised to see a Honda on the list? Me too.
Isuzu closing down in the US. Means models like the Ascender are awesome bargains if you can find one.
Mercury Grand Marquis - Heck the entire Merc brand may be history a year from now.
Off course, the Chrysler Pacifica is gone
Woo-Hoo! The Chrysler PT Cruiser!!
Ok, ok. That's enough bad news for now.

Oh no. I remember when the Saturn plant was being built just South of Nashville, TN, back in '87 or so. They got their own exit from I-65. Wonder if they are keeping the building.
Got something to say?
