Spring is one of the nicest times of the year to visit San Francisco. While the weather is (if not cold) temperate year-round, there are times when it's near-perfect. That would be spring (and September through October, too). Along with the weather, spring also kicks off a number of events, such as baseball, music festivals, and boating season.
The Weather: Expect clear days with temperatures in the 60s-70s, just lovely for exploring the city. This being said, always remember to bring along a sweater or light jacket for unexpected breezy days or when in the shade. If you plan on visiting S.F. during April, circle the dates below, and perhaps build your day around one of them.
