Despite being home to a top quarterback and world-renowned supermodel, buyers have yet to bite and make an offer on the Back Bay penthouse condo owned by Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen. As a result, the condo, and its $10.9 million price tag, has been taken off the market.

While boasting 5,300 square foot of space, five fireplaces, a top-of-the-line entertainment media room, landscaped roof deck and beautiful views of the Charles River, the penthouse failed to attract a buyer in the six months its been on up for sale.

Some say the price is the main issue as the Brady bunch are asking a whopping $2,056 per square foot, much more than the building is worth. Perhaps the fact that new baby Benjamin was born in the bathtub at the swank penthouse accounts for the added value.

"The most they can realistically get is $1,300 or $1,400," a source told the Boston Herald.  "They are trying to get a premium because it’s their house.”

Whatever the price, Brady would make a killing should he sell the pad as he purchased it in 2006 for just $6.24 million. After another $11.5 million in renovations, Brady converted the 1903 home into four units, selling three of them for a total of $7.95 million.

The top two floors however he saved for himself and Bundchen where the couple lived while Brady practiced and played for the New England Patriots. The couple of course also spends time in their $12 million Brentwood, California, home and in Bundchen's home of Brazil, among other locations.
