The Brazilian magazine Quem nabbed the first photos of two-month old Benjamin Brady, new son of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen. The exclusive photos, taken on January 25th in Boston, show the little Brady snuggled in a winter jacket while being held by Bundchen.
Gisele, who spoke out about her home delivery in a bathtub, saying it didn't hurt a bit, has already returned to modeling after the December 8th birth. At the time the photos of Benjamin were taken the proud mama was returning from a photo shoot of her own, for the Brazilian brand Colcci.
While Tom Brady recently stated he looks forward to playing football with his sons, including with two-year-old John Thomas with ex Bridget Moynahan, he's also been in the news regarding an upcoming contract extension.
Brady's contract does not expire until after the 2010 season, but word on the street says contract talks could intensify much sooner than that, possibly around the time of March 5th, when he's due a $3 million roster bonus. According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, a new deal could see Brady earning $15-18 million per season with the new contract.
Until then, Brady is making the most of the off-season, spending time with his family and of course enjoying some golf. The quarterback is slated to join the likes of George Lopez, Huey Lewis and Bill Murray at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am this weekend.
