Walleye to 'splash' at the Mud Hens game

Toledo Walleye fans are invited to a special afternoon Toledo Mud Hens game at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2009.  Team officials announced the event on July 21, stating fans can be among the first to know "what's sure to make a big splash in Toledo!"

The Toledo Mud Hens are the Triple-A minor-league baseball affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and the Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club, Inc. owns both the Mud Hens and the Walleye.  The two teams also share a general manager, Joe Napoli. 

Fifth Third Field is located in Downtown Toledo at the corner of Monroe Street and North Huron Street.  Tickets for the game are available by calling 419-725-HENS or by ordering online.
