Universal Orlando was just slapped with a $3750 fine by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) in reponse to a roller coaster accident this summer when an employee was struck by a moving coaster train. According to WKMG Local 6, OSHA called the accident a "serious" safety violation. It found that Universal put employees in danger by allowing them to walk across the roller coaster's path and under its tracks.
Universal has agreed to put in extra fencing in spots where the Dueling Dragons trains come within seven feet of the ground. The fencing should be installed by December 24.

I didn't know they had organizations actively looking for these kind of violations!
i didn't even hear about the accident.
Sounds like a clear case of negligence. Allowing employees to walk across roller coasters sounds downright ignorant.
I luv this ride
