In today’s world it is nice to know you can still go into a theatre and not hear Kanye West make a rude outburst. In fact there is good theatre in and all around Boston. In fact the theatre around Boston is always a trip worth making.
In southern NH a new theatre group has arrived on the scene. Theatre KAPOW opened its second season on September 11th 2009 with the pairing of The Lover and The Problem. The two shows focus on they ways in which married couples keep their marriage fresh and exciting.
Theatre KAPOW was founded by four Saint Anselm Alumni; Matt Cahoon, Carey Cahoon, Brian Kennedy, and Rachel Kennedy. They opened their inaugural season in September 2008 with August Stringberg’s Miss Julie.
Now in their second season Theatre KAPOW plans to continue producing the best dramatic works from across ages and cultrures to inspire and challenge both artist and audience. TKAPOW can be found at the Stockbridge Theatre in Derry NH.
