Elisabeth Hasselbeck laid into openly gay rocker Adam Lambert for his racy performance at the American Music Awards during Monday morning's "Hot Topics" discussion on The View. Elisabeth Hasselbeck stated that she found Adam Lambert's highly sexualized AMA performance to be 'really over the line'. Adam Lambert's AMA performance of his new single 'For Your Entertainment' included simulated oral sex, leather leashes, dry-humping and heavy male-on-male kissing, so it's not a surprise that conservative crone Elisabeth Hasselbeck wasn't a fan of the display.
Internet searches for Adam Lambert's AMA performance video dominated Google Trends for most of Monday, so while conservatives may be outraged by the flagrant display of unapologetic sexuality, it seems that most of the world still wants to see what Adam Lambert has to offer. ABC has reported receiving multiple complaints from viewers for inappropriate network content as a result of Adam Lambert's AMA performance.

Funny how no one took umbrage with Rihanna's naked body covered only by 2 metal cups over her breasts. I haven't heard anyone complain about that.

Look, I am a huge Adam Lambert fan. He is an amazing vocal talent and geniunely nice and with character and strength. I am not, however, a fan of the "angry" "over the top" erotic/cabaret/shock value thing he likes to pull - unless it is with and through his vocal chops! Unfortunately, his amazing voice at the AMAs was secondary to theatertics and antics and now, fan hysteria. God, I hope he sings a better songs!

I have seen worse on T.V. and I dearly love Adam but want him to get to his music and forget the gay part in the beautiful entertaining that he does...He sings like an angel...and makes music that has not been around since Elvis....we need him in the music industry.....Please Barbara you have been around for a long time in the news and sure you have seen worse....By the way I am used to the gay, I had a gay grandson and loved him as well as all the other 21. Wish he could of been as talented as Adam, but sadly he left us at 23....I beleive in you adam......Your cd is amazing....
