The paperback version of The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins has debuted at number on on The New York Times bestseller list for Young Adult books in paperback.

The Hunger Games was released in paperback earlier this month, and is quickly showing it will sell just as well as the original hardcover book.

Of course, the hardcover version of The Hunger Games is still holding strong on the New York Times bestseller list -- now holding a spot in the top ten for 95 weeks in a row. The Hunger Games (hardcover) was the number 4 book this week.

Catching Fire, the second book in The Hunger Games trilogy, came in at number three on the list -- and is now in its 44th consecutive week on the list.

It should be noted that The Hunger Games and Catching Fire traded spots on the bestseller list this week. Last week, The Hunger Games was number three -- with Catching Fire in the number four spot.

All of these facts add up to one thing: Mockingjay, the third and final book in the trilogy, which is set for release on August 24th. It's pretty clear that fans are eagerly snapping up the first two books in the series -- especially Catching Fire, as it bridges the gap between book one and the upcoming conclusion.
