On Monday, November 2nd, 901 Silver Tequila partnered with New York Media as an official sponsor of the 11th Annual New York Taste held at Skylight in Manhattan’s West SoHo area.
Over 1,000 people attended the event which was hosted by New York culinary editor Gillian Duffy and featured chefs and mixologists from many of New York City's top restaurants and lounges. (Check out the slideshow below for pictures from the event.)
Master Mixologist Junior Merino served up some stunning crowd-pleasing cocktails showcasing ways 901 Silver can be used during the fall and holiday season. The drinks included:
- 901 Pepino - 901 Silver Tequila, Cucumber, Agave Nectar, Lime Juice, Fresh Pineapple Juice, Basil, Combier (orange liqueur)
- 901 Manzidra - 901 Silver Tequila, Apple Cider, Orange Juice, Cranberry Essence and Royal Combier
- 901 Tostanja - 901 Silver Tequila, Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot, Tangerine, Tea and Roasted Agave
- 901 Jengrico - 901 Silver Tequila, Domaine de Canton, Grapefruit, Blood Orange and Citrus
Some of the proceeds from the event benefited City Harvest, the world’s first food rescue organization dedicated to feeding New York City's hungry men, women, and children.
