True Bloods' Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer.
Anna Paquin recently spoke out about being in love with Stephen Moyer in real life, and playing the woman who loves him as a vampire on HBO's True Blood.
According to People, Anna Paquin commented on her on and of screen romance with Stephen Moyer in an interview to be published on the October issue of British Elle magazine.
The star of True Blood said, "What makes relationships so difficult with my job is all the traveling and being away from your significant other," adding, "Eventually it gets too hard to maintain." No problem for her and Moyer, who plays the vampire Bill to her telepathic waitress Sookie in the insanely succesful and very sexy small screen adaptation of Charlaine Harris' book series by creator Alan Ball. The actress said, "It’s great to have the freedom to enjoy your work and not feel like you're leaving your other life behind," adding, "It’s a pretty sweet setup."
Anna Paquin also stated, "I’m happy with my London-slash-Los Angeles lifestyle with my English boyfriend," with whom she shares more than a job, by the way. "It’s not so much about the things you have in common, like the fact that half the television I watched growing up was British TV," Canadian born Paquin says, adding, "It’s just the shared experience of being foreign in America, a place where you’re sort of expected not to feel foreign."
As is known, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer recently got engaged. As for True Blood, tune in on the much anticipated Season 2 finale on Sunday, September 13th at 9pm EST on HBO.
