Finally, the wait is almost over for Chuck fans. NBC has announced that Chuck will return on Sunday, January 10, 2010 for a two hour special premiere. Chuck will then move back to its regular Monday night at 8pm time slot on January 11th.
It was touch and go for awhile as to whether Chuck would return at all, but the fans and bloggers Subway campaign really seemed to help. It really would have been a shame to not get to see Chuck with his new powers, which should give season 3 many new plotlines. How will Chuck's powers effect his relationship with Sarah? Will Casey be jealous of Chuck? Here is a video preview:
Kristen Kreuk of Smallville, Brandon Routh of Superman, Angie Harmon, Robert Patrick and Armand Assante will be guest starring during season 3 of Chuck. With the addition of the six extra episodes that NBC ordered, Chuck will now air 19 hours of new programming, just shy of a typical series season. Something for Chuck fans to give thanks for.
