Glee: Fox airing director's cut and tweet-a-long

After waiting four months since the premiere of Glee in May, we will finally get to watch a new episode next week, on Wednesday, September 9th, 2009 at 9pm. However, Glee fans that can't wait, or those of you that missed the premiere, will have two chances to watch the first episode again on Fox this week.

On Wednesday, September 2nd at 9pm, in its regular time slot, Fox will air a director's cut version of the first episode of Glee. All new scenes and songs will be added to the already fantastic episode. Can it get any better?

Then on Friday, September 4th at 9pm, the first episode of Glee will be aired again, but this time you can twitter live with the cast during the show. For those of you that don't use twitter, you will still be able to keep up. All tweets will stream live on the bottom third of your television screen. You can find the twitter adresses for the Glee cast at the bottom of this page of Glee links and resources.

BuddyTV has made a list of all the new TV shows beginning this fall 2009 (Glee is included) and rated them in order of best to worst. Their pick as the number one new show this season - Glee. I am not surprised.

I loved the first episode of Glee last year and can't wait to see this season. Fingers crossed that it won't disappoint.

Trying to watch the pilot of Glee with the entire bottom half of the screen covered with idiotic tweets flashing in your face is completely impossible. I had to flip to another channel becaues I couldn't bear it for more than 5 minutes. Fox needs to fire the twit that came up with that stupid twitter idea!
