
Finally there is good news for long suffering Arrested Development fans. All three seasons of Arrested Development are coming to The Independent Film Channel beginning Saturday, October 25.
Arrested Development was a critically acclaimed award winning television show, yet it never found a large audience. However, it had a cult following of devoted fans that were heartbroken when it was cancelled. Talks of an Arrested Development movie never panned out.
Arrested Development was a unique TV show that required regular viewing in order to get all the jokes. Filmed as a documentary, it was somewhat similar to The Office and the new hit Modern Family, just much quirkier. It had a wonderful cast including Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Henry Winkler, Jeffrey Tambor, Will Arnett, Jessica Walter and Portia de Rossi.
Arrested Development will air on IFC on Sundays and Tuesday nights. On Sundays, beginning October 25, two episdoes will air from 10-11pm. On Tuesdays, the two episodes will begin at 9pm. Will it be watched only by its cult following or will new viewers find the wickedly funny Arrested Development?
