There was no shortage of stars at the world premiere of New Moon, held on Monday, November 16 in Westwood, California. The night began with arrivals from musical artists featured on the New Moon soundtrack, including Lykke Li and Death Cab for Cutie. Fans began cheering even louder from the sight of the film's stars, from the early arrivals of Justin Chon, Michael Welch, and Alex Meraz, to crowd favorites Kellan Lutz, Dakota Fanning, and Ashley Greene, to the deafening screams for Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner.
A handful of surprise guests also stopped by, including rocker Joan Jett, rapper 50 Cent, cast members from Glee, and Booboo Stewart, who will play Seth Clearwater in the third film Eclipse.
