Power-Nap: three hours' sleep in 20 minutes

Power-nap Machine
Power-Nap all-in-one unit to improve sleep time
(power-nap.com)

I recently wrote an article about a CD/MP3 called Speed Sleep that promises a rejuvenating and restful sleep in just 25 minutes. I have had wonderful success with this CD/MP3; however, I know it cannot work for everyone. A reader mentioned another CD/device called the Power-Nap. This CD/Device purports to give you the equivalent of a 3 hour sleep in just 20 minutes.

While I have personally had a great deal of success with the Speed Sleep CD/MP3, as have my friends and family, there are some that complain it did not work for them. If this is the case, you can return the Speed Sleep CD after 90 days for a full refund.

The Power-Nap CD sells for a less expensive $9.99 for the CD version or you may purchase an all in one device complete with batteries and headphones for $69.77. The $69.77 price seems a bit steep compared to the $19.99 Speed Sleep CD saved to your favorite MP3 player.  (The Power-Nap ad indicates that this is prohibited using their product and would render the MP3 version ineffective due to the special wavelengths and recording process).

I have not been lucky enough to try the Power-Nap program, but I love the Speed Sleep CD.  It comes down to a matter of individual taste and effectiveness.  The nice thing is that Speed Sleep and Power-Nap both come with a money back guarantee (90 days and 30 days respectively) so you can always give them each a shot and see what works best for you.

Good luck and happy napping.

I've tried the Nap Machine from Power-Nap.com and it works great. Its very much worth the price and more because it is a TINY, LIGHT, SELF-CONTAINED PLAYER (not a CD that requires a player). It's solid-state with no moving parts and only about the size of a business card but slimmer than a cell phone. It runs a very long time on just one AAA battery. I can take it anywhere -- it fits easy in my pocket (or my wife keeps her's in her purse) and just use it whenever you need to grab a quick power-nap. It's timed automatically to wake you up after 20 minutes and I feel like I've just had a full nights' sleep. I tell everyone about this nifty device; it's pretty darn cool.

I've tried several of these sleep/nap aid products, but found that most of them didn't work. The exception to this was the nap machine from power-nap.com which always works for me everytime... puts me to sleep like a baby, but even faster

I just noticed that from December 15 to December 25, 2010, Power-Nap.com has an offer of Free Shipping on all orders. They also now offer 40% off on "Gift Packs" of the Power-Nap CDs.
