Brett Jolly taught himself to play piano at the tender age of 4. His parents bought a piano and the very next morning Brett learned the bass pattern to "Stand By Me",  a classic song by  Ben E. King. Brett and his brother Bill Jolly started a musical combo with a neighbor.  Bill started out on the drums while Brett played the piano and they did their first gig for $5 each.*  This was just the beginning for the brothers who are just two of the musical talents who comprise the magnanimous Bill Jolly's Hard Drive Band.

 Brett Jolly spawned the idea of 'Melodygrams' a few years back when a former girlfriend asked him for something special for the holidays. Says Brett  "I thought I was going to have to dish out thousands of dollars to get what she wanted. Then she hit me with it!  She asked me to write a special song about her.  That was it!  (Hint fellas)  I went into my studio and put together a tune that told her EVERYTHING  I felt about her and put it in the music style of her favorite artist and she LOVED it."

You too can do something really special for your mate, spouse, family member or friend, for the holidays. A few of them, such as, Aretha Franklin, Janet Jackson, The Ojays, Bonnie Rait, Dionne Warwick, Celine Dion, Teddy Pendergrass are featured on Brett's website.  The band has also provided content for QVC and was recently featured on the  Brett's slogan:
