Secondly, TeaGschwendner is opening a new store in New York City! The store will open this June at Rockefeller Center Plaza, 620 Fifth Avenue (right by the ice skating rink). Check out this story in Crain's for more details.
Thirdly, TeaGschwendner is offering a special deal right now: Buy one of five fruit tisanes, and get their "Magnificent Tea Maker" for only $1! TG is going to New York, Adagio is possibly opening a store in Chicago, Teavana is opening stores on the West Coast.
And not one serious tea company is opening a tea store in Long Beach CA. Some people would just like to buy some good, freshly brewed loose-leaf tea, but where I live there are only "tea rooms" where you have to have formal teas.
