Taylor Swift is a front runner for the 2010 “Peoples Choice” awards. She is nominated in multiple categories including female artist,country artist ,breakout artist . The event will he held live January 6, at the Nokia Theater which also hosts many high profile events such as American Idol .
Swift is up against heavey hitters Beyonce Knowles,Britney Spears, Pink and fellow country star Carrie Underwood for the "Female artist" category. But she still has a great chance of winning at Peoples Chioce this year. Besides her recent wins at the BMI’s, CMA awards,she is also nominated in six categories at the 2009 AMA awards November 22 . Last year former American Idol turned Country star Carrie Underwood was the big winner at the Peoples choice. Underwood took home “Peoples Choice” for female singer,country song and best star under 35.
This year is the 36th annual presentation and will be hosted by singer /actress Queen Latifah. it will air on CBS Wednesday, January 6, 2010. You can make your vote count at pcavote.com to pick your favorite for any of the categories.
