Michael Gutman, a marketing and sustainability consultant, has helped push the sustainability movement forward in San Francisco, Mexico and Lake Tahoe, where he currently resides. A former marketing manager in Silicon Valley, Michael has changed his focus to help propel the message of sustainability. While helping to educate the public on Lake Tahoe invasive species control, he also volunteered his time as part of the Sierra Sustainable Communities team at the Sierra Nevada Alliance, a non profit agency in South Lake Tahoe. He is a member of the Green Group in Ajijic, Mexico. A group that promotes sustainable living around beautiful Lake Chapala. Currently, he is helping to project manage and promote a new program called Reduce Energy And Contribute to Humanity (REACH) in the Bay Area.
