During President Bill Clinton's years in office, he enjoyed many different American cuisines, However one in particular dinner comes to mind, Thanksgiving. The Clinton family like other first families before them, whether Thanksgiving dinner was celebrated at Camp David or the White House, The Clinton's enjoyed what I called a comfort Americana experience. the dinner menu consisted of a beautiful Fresh Herb Roasted Turkey served with and Honey Butter Cornbread Stuffing and Roasted Giblet Gravy, Fresh creamery crushed potatoes, Miss. Ruby's Candied Sweet potatoes, Petite Sweet Peas with Baby Carrots and New Winter Onions.

And for dessert, Sweet Ambrosia Fruit Salad, Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie, High Top Apple Pie and Luscious Sweet Potato Pie. Now you see why I call this menu, Comfort Americana.
