- Gallup reports that Actively Disengaged workers increased from 15% in 2006 to 17% last Dec. Actively Disengaged “employees aren’t just unhappy at work; they’re busy acting out their unhappiness. Every day, these workers undermine what their engaged coworkers accomplish.”
- A Walker study reports finding 36% “High Risk - negative attitude, negative behavior … employees do not plan to remain employed and no longer want to work for your organization.”
- Towers Perrin found only 22% of the U.S. workforce is Engaged.
- Over half the remaining staff are “Not-Engaged employees … essentially checked out. They’re sleepwalking through their workday.”
