What is it about Twilight’s Robert Pattinson that makes women young and not-so-young swoon?
Is it the Vampire thing? The accent? The chiseled jaw? The crazy hair?
The 23-year-old Brit has been the focus of "Twilight" fans as well as an increasingly large number of admirers who haven’t seen the movie or read the book.
Here at the Cannes International Film Festival, the actor recently learned his lips are worth a staggering $20,000 after one of his smooches was auctioned off at a charity event.
So what exactly is it that makes him one of the sexiest men alive?
Aside from being “just plain hot,” Pattinson’s popularity with female fans, according to costar Kristen Stewart, can be attributed to being "a tortured artist."
“He looks as if he is constantly agonizing over deep thoughts," she says.

his biggest assets are his jaw, eyes, and smile. heck, everything! what i like the most about him is that you COULD actually dig deeper than the obvious beauty (unlike most hollywood actors today). he's mysterious. he thinks in such a strange way that you actually WANT to know how he sees things. he's self-deprecating, and it makes you want to hug him. he's just an overall amazing man, and the accent is HOT!
Not only is he very handsome, he seems totally in denial of it. Also, his musical abilities are a huge plus.
By the way, he's 23 not 22.

There is something about his eyes and eye browns..something's very charming...deep... and mysterious and you can't resist that. Help!!!I'm trapped.
I agree with Kristen and all the women in the world :).
He does appear to have everything, the looks without the attitude and the talent without the smugness. He smoulders without realising it as well as being witty, intuative, intelligent and polite (although you know he could be pretty bad too!).
Robert is a person you would want to take for a walk along a deserted beach, find a good spot, spread a blanket on the sand, and listen intently to everything he had on his mind because you know there is something deep inside. And you know he would do that. It's not just the jawline, or the quirky hair, the crooked smile, the shyness that makes one want to protect him, the musical inclinations, the intelligence, the desire to please everyone, the unassuming persona, or the wittiness that's his
shield against nervousness. All of that is just part of the whole package. But the greatest asset is his humanness that draws us to him and makes us feel comfortable.
He is unique and I do love him but you have to give credit to Johnny Depp for at least some of his style if not all.
