Floral prints are feminine and fashionable this summer

Embrace your girly side, delicate and oh-so feminine, tiny floral prints are in this summer. Bright colors reminiscent of summer landscapes are fun, easy and fashionable. Tiny floral prints can be found in almost any form of clothing, from accessories to dresses, plus they are hard to over-do.

A summertime staple is the tiny floral print sundress. A great example is the silky convertible dress from Urban Outfitters. Easily dressed down with flats or dressed up with wedges and a cardigan for night. For an easy-going and effortless summertime look the print itself is statement enough, so keep accessories to a minimum. Add a bangle or some stud earrings, but don’t look like you’ve tried to hard, let the prints do the talking.

Bold print swimsuits are in for 2009, including floral print swimwear. Check out the Liberty Wiltshire bikini from J. Crew. Far from boring, it is bright, fun and designed to flatter many shapes and sizes. Floral print swimsuits are extra feminine and pretty.

There are many great floral printed accessories such as headbands, bracelets and earrings. The screen floral shell earrings from Forever21 are a steal at only $3.80. Tiny floral prints can be mixed and matched. Pair a floral bracelet with a floral blouse in a different color. Get creative with a floral clutch or some floral wedges. There are a variety great pieces out there!
