Kimberly Dross resides on Staten Island. She is a single parent of two beautiful children and a proud grandmother, as well as an avid blogger, poet and freelance writer. Kim's a paraeducator and aspiring teacher. She has her bachelor's degree in Labor Studies from SUNY and several credits towards her master's degree in English. A Midwestern girl at heart, Kim was born and raised in Illinois, but she's been a New Yorker since 1987.
