Mysterious message from the Galactic Senate

I recieved in my inbox today a mysterious message from the Galactic Senate.  I've copied it above. 

It seems as though they're going to be running with the Zombie Geonosian motif from the most recent episode of Clone Wars.  (Which you can read more about here.)
