Stanford football Heisman Trophy hopeful Toby Gerhart was named to the American Football Coaches Association All-America Team today.
Gerhart set a Stanford single-season rushing record with 1,736 yards this year and his 26 rushing touchdowns is a single-season Pac-10 record.
Gerhart is joined in the All-America backfield by another Heisman hopeful, Alabama running back Mark Ingram.
