Your chance to learn about the business of football

There is a tremendous event coming up in St. Louis that gives you, the fan, the opportunity to learn about the business side of football and also allows you to meet the decision makers for the St. Louis Rams.  Not only is this a great opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of what is happening at Rams Park, but it also is free and available to you the Rams fan.

Coming up next Friday July 24, 2009 the St. Louis Rams, in conjunction with AAIM are hosting an executive briefing with Rams General Manager Billy Devaney and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Demoff to discuss the state of the St. Louis Rams franchise and the rebuilding of the team.  They will provide insight into the off season for the Rams and what to look forward to in 2009 and beyond.  The event will also include updates regarding some of the new things you will see at the Edward Jones Dome in an effort to enhance the game-day experience.

The event is free and open to the general public, but capacity is limited and you must pre-register for the event here.  It will be held at the Missouri Botanical Garden in South St. Louis.  The program begins at 8:00 am.  A continental breakfast will be provided along with an opportunity to do some networking, that all begins at 7:30 am.  KMOV-TV Sports Director Steve Savard will be hosting the event.

I believe this will be a tremendous opportunity to not only hear from some of the decision makers at Rams Park but it will also lift the curtain a little bit into what the future of the Rams organization will look like moving forward.
