Dave Sims will have the call of this historic event and he will be joined by color analyst Doug Flutie in the broadcast booth. They have done a very fine job of telecasting this the first year of the league and have given the right tone. No over selling just honest and professional broadcasting.
A star was born on the sidelines for the UFL and that star is Anita Marks. Ms. Marks asks great questions and also adds just the right amount on sideline analysis in her exchanges with the booth.
Also a nice job has been done by Kordell Stewart who has been spot on with his sideline contributions.
Year one of the UFL will be in the books by tonight and a fine job has been done by their broadcast team.
How about today's game?
Florida (6-0) pounded Las Vegas (4-2), 29-15, in the first meeting between the two teams. Although the Locomotives improved before the next game, the Tuskers still eked out a 27-24 victory.
Head coaches Jim Fassel of Las Vegas and Jim Haslett of Florida have both been mentioned as possible NFL coaches. So the league has done a fine job of getting respect of the players and the coaches.
All in all in was a better than expected year one for the UFL.

Dave Sims has been a shill all season long ("that ball is going to the Hall of Fame" - yeah, Dave, sure), but I could even excuse your analysis of that until I read what you wrote about Anita Marks. Are you freaking kidding me? Halting delivery, sideline shilling, saying "awesome" after every interview and, as is apparently the rule, shilling for the UFL. She's terrible on the sidelines. Absolutely brutal. Kordell Stewart is also no broadcaster.

Are you on drugs? Manita Marks is the worst "personality" to grace the airwaves. Aside from her grating voice she's nothing but an annoying birdbrain.
