No stranger to the Richmond sports community, Joel Greer founded Richmond Sportscene Magazine in 1995. Under the moniker "Michigan Fats," Greer has also been a regular caller to local radio talk shows like "Sportstalk with Big Al," "Hardly Workin' with Greg Burton" and the politically spirited "Jack Gravely Show." A youth football coach in Richmond for many years, Joel uses some of that gridiron expertise as a Featured Columnist for Bleacher Report.
