PITTSBURGH - Pro Wrestler Kurt Angle is in some hot water, with a preliminary hearing set for Tuesday before District Judge Carla Swearingen in Robinson Twp, Pa.
Angle was charged with driving while operating privilege is suspended, and a prohibited acts-possession violation, harassment and prohibited acts.

He was also charged with the fact he violated a Protection from Abuse order, which his girlfriend had just filed on Saturday morning with Moon Twp.( Pa.) police. She had filed an emergence order for reason's yet unknown.
Later that evening, the victim of the stalking was at Starbuck's in Robinson Towne Plaza using the Internet because she was afraid to be at home. She called 911 after seeing the wrestler drive by.
This has not been confirmed that it actually occurred, but according to the police report, the victim had also said Angle was seen deleting messages and pictures from her cell phone which he had apparently found of the alleged abuse, thus frightening her more.
Officers did located the phone in the vehicle after it was impounded. Angle was driving with a suspended license for a DUI charge, when he was pulled over by police.
According to the police report in the front seat there was also large zippered black bag.
Inside one of the compartments was a capped syringe and two vials of "Hygetropin" which also contained the label "recumbant Human Growth Hormone Somatropin for injection."
When asked about this, Angle stated to the officer that he had a legal prescription for it and would be able to provide a copy of it.
Angle was placed into custody for the PFA violation and the drug charges and taken to the Robinson Twp. Police Station without incident.
Angle, is the current TNA World Champion Heavyweight and a 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist. He was scheduled to wrestle in tonight's Hard Justice Pay-Per-View event in Orlando.
