Bill was born in a state of confusion. His thoughts have been muddled and in disarray since he was able to articulate them. Just ask his father. After a mediocre public school education that took place in multiple US cities and abroad, Bill tested the waters at college and promptly found himself to be overwhelmed with wine, women, song and other recreational distractions. His lack of ability to concentrate on his studies landed him in the United States Navy, where he spent the next 23 years trying to figure out how he had gotten there to begin with. Along the way, Bill decided that he was funny and that he loved sports. So, he became an Examiner contributor, because no other entity would let him publish this tripe, which is never to be taken seriously.
