700 hp Nissan Skyline races rainy Autobahn

Special thanks to all-wheel drive, the Nissan Skyline can traverse the Autobahn in rain at speed in excess of 200 mph in the following footage. Taking place at dusk, two Nissan Skylines rip through the Autobahn traffic into a stormy horizon. Rain starts to fall, does this stop them from racing? Not in a Nissan Skyline! The all-wheel drive system and amazing balance of the chassis allow Nissan Skyline vehicles to traverse a multitude of surface types at blistering speeds.

The Autobahn is known for high speed follies. A fantasy land for adrenaline junkies, the Autobahn hosts several top speed races daily. These are typically a cat and mouse race, "catch me if you can." The faster of the two Skylines in the following footage is the special 700 hp tuned R34 GT-R Nur-spec II, a very rare and highly respected version.
