Originally from a small suburban town in central Maryland, Rachel became an urbanite at age 14 when her family relocated to Manhattan. She went to Boston College and majored in theology, where she found a passion for analyzing spiritual concepts. She also minored in a program called faith, peace and justice, which focuses on paralleling faith and social justice in third-world countries. She recently moved to Salt Lake City to experience Utah's outdoor lifestyle and all it has to offer.
