Bryan sees clearly the beaten path that the world calls "organized religion" and chooses to follow God off of it. Kicked out of ordained ministry for sinning and deemed "unfit for ministry" by his denomination, Bryan landed, purely by God's grace, on his knees. From that low position, God loved Bryan into a new being. By grace alone, Bryan's presence, like his writing, is humorously frank, occasionally irreverent, and consistently founded.
Bryan wants to interpret and share the essence of the spiritual life in understandable 21st-century language. He would like to be a tangible expression of God's light shining in darkness, unable to be put out or turned off.
An avid lover of two children and one God, the fruits of Bryan's life include a multi-talented loving, comical college freshman daughter who follows Christ with a soulful heart, and a sarcastic eighth-grade son who enjoys all things sports and is the most gentle spirit Bryan has ever known.
