Betty White drinking game for SNL

IT'S OFFICIAL. After months of Internet pleading and zillions of Facebook fans, octogenarian actress and verbal pill Betty White is hosting Saturday Night Live on May 8. In honor of the fact that an 88-year-old Golden Girl may very likely draw SNL's biggest audience since Tina Fey donned her Sara Palin wig, we've developed a drinking game and Betty Bingo card for the event.

In addition, we've attached a few appropriate cocktails and shots for the illustrious evening. (be over 21 and of course, please drink responsibly, don't drink and drive).

For the game, take one shot each time you get to mark off a Betty space. If you get five in a row across or diagonal, make your friends all take a shot, or give you the evening's prize.

SEEKING THE RIGHT BETTY WHITE SHOOTERS?

For shots consider Vermont White Vodka from Vermont Spirits (distilled from milk sugars), Goldschlager, or Gold Wasser Vodka.

For cocktails the obvious is the White Russian, but don't forget the Old Fashioned the Gold Cocktail or the Betty

Betty White Russian (from Robert Haynes-Peterson)

• 1 oz Vermont White vodka
• 1 oz Ron Abuelo Anejo rum
• 1 oz Kahlua
• cream

Combine vodka, rum and Kahlua in an old fashion glass with ice and stir. Add cream and stir. Top with edible gold flakes or gold glaze as garnish.

Gold Cocktail (from In The Spirit)

• 1.5 oz blended whiskey
• 1 oz Triple Sec (Combier or De Kuyper)
• 1 oz Creme de Banana
• Edible Gold Flakes or Gold Glaze as garnish

Combine liquid ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. sprinkle gold flakes or glaze on top. Garnish with orange peel.

Betty Cocktail (Cocktail Database)

• 1 oz Bulldog Gin
• 1 oz light Bacardi or Mount Gay rum
• 1/2 oz Cointreau

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
