The above image and solicitation may be fake. It didn't come from Newsarama or Comic Book Resources and there is nothing on Marvel's site about this. The image came from Superpouvoir and has already set message boards on fire.
However I decided to post this since there is a chance this may be real. Marvel has been laying out hints that there will be a Clone Saga project this fall. Could this be it? I'll be sure to update you when I find out!

Please God, can someone just kick Quesada out of Marvel already... if he's going to destroy Ben, like he already did to Peter...
I really don't get why that man hasn't been tarred, feathered and chased out of Marvel yet.
I agree, I think it's fake...what with the coy Howard Mackie namedrop for one thing. The in-joke there is BND=Chapter One, Spidey Braintrust=Modern day Howard Mackie and John Byrne.
There's that watermark above the title of the mini that I've never seen on other cover previews.
