Michael E. Robinson, Sr. hopes harassment will clear his name (part one)

a true artist....

Many have now read my article Michael E. Robinson, Sr. proves the case it is important to verify credentials. While it was understood the article would draw heat from those it exposed, this reporter was not completely prepared for what would follow. A few days after the article hit the web, a campaign began to harass and otherwise embarrass and intimidate me, the reporter.

Harassment and Smearing

The harassment campaign began within the comments section of the article with over 500 comments in a two day period of time. During this comment “battle”, multiple people had commented on the contents of the article in both positive and negative ways. Suddenly it began to take a nasty turn. People on both sides were apparently faking identities so as to appear to be the other side’s words “admitting” to bad things. The comments that were obvious fakes were deleted as quickly as possible as this behavior is not appropriate or tolerated.

On Monday, March 8, 2010, an unflattering website entitled "Exposing Heather Sedlock" was presented to me. The site, hosted at Weebly.com, displayed my images and words without permission. The images were flirtatious in nature, as was a public profile from where they were obtained from.

After much research, it was established that those responsible were likely Michael E. Robinson Sr. and his supporter Regina Reyes Radulski, a mom of three special needs children. David Wilde, a retired law enforcement agent, single father of a special needs child, and writer did his own investigation of Mr. Robinson (found here). Mr. Robinson sent Mr. Wilde a message via Facebook on 3/7/2010 in which he threatened Mr. Wilde for the blog and advised he might include him on “her [this reporter's] new website to come.” The only obvious conclusion to this comment is that Mr. Robinson did indeed know ahead of time of this website’s creation which was done late that same day.

Additionally, Mr. Robinson sent an private message via Facebook to someone who forwarded it to me. In the message he shared a link to the slander site and said the site was created by “a parent.” It is unknown who that parent was. However, after some research it is easy to hypothesize that it was Ms. Reyes-Radulski.

Previously, Ms. Reyes-Radulski left a rant on the wall of the Facebook group, Autism Mothers, about my “hack reporting” against Mr. Robinson. During the exchange that took place there, she posted this:

“I sent you a Facebook message letting you know I took screen shots of your website. Just in case you tried to take it down and then try to call us liars if we mentioned it existed. So I do have the screenshots of you webpage and that is the reason, so you can't come back again and call everyone liars like you like to do.”

It is my opinion that Ms. Reyes-Radulski forwarded her screen shots to Mr. Robinson and he in fact published the website. The unflattering website in question contained the very screen shots she admitted having. Now, it is entirely possible that Mr. Robinson himself also had such screen shots and could have posted that information too. But upon further investigation, the website’s content was hosted by Weebly. Ms. Reyes-Radulski once owned a site showmamamoney.com (now defunct) that was using Weebly.com as a web host as well. Circumstantial at best. But considering all of it together…. It certainly seems more likely than not that either Mr. Robinson or Ms. Reyes-Radulski published the website.

Please allow me to be the first to say,...excellent job Heather. I commend you for your dedication and your sincere desire to help the many children & adults of the "differently abled" population. I am one of those people and I just want to thank you. As for Michael Robinson, there is one major difference between you and I. I am an artist and you are the _ _ _ artist! Since you are so good with words, I'll allow you to fill in the blanks. As I've asked before, provide a decent rebuttal, and your name would be cleared. However, you have not provided such documentation. So I'm only assuming that you lack the proof to defend yourself. May God have mercy on your soul.

Anyone who makes claims so grand that refuses to back them up is a fraud. It's well documented somewhere in the ballpark of 10-20 times over that Michael has refused to support those claims of his. Take the NASCAR issue for example, he should be able to provide the name of his sponsors, owner of his car, circuit he drove in and number of his car. NASCAR puts all such info for their drives online for publicity so confirmation after that would be easy, if it were true.

Oops, meant "drivers" not "drives". Darn morning fumble fingers.

What an excellent article very well written.

I am sorry that your reporting the truth has caused you so much pain. It is very disturbing to me that he is clearly oblivious of the term freedom of the press.

Historically we can see others who have stalked and harassed the press for reporting the truth. Nazi Germany (1933-1945)
The dictatorship of Adolf Hitler largely suppressed freedom of the press through Joseph Goebbels' Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda. As the Ministry's name implies, propaganda did not carry the negative connotations that it does today (or did in the Allied countries); how-to manuals were openly distributed by that same ministry explaining the craft of effective propaganda. The Ministry also acted as a central control-point for all media, issuing orders as to what stories could be run and what stories would be suppressed. Anyone involved in the film industry—from directors to the lowliest assistant—had to sign an oath of loyalty to the Nazi P

My comment on part 5 bears repeating:

Since I *am* her husband, I know all too well what this pseudo "man" has put her through. As her husband, I also know that getting her angry is NOT the way to resolve conflict with her!! She becomes even more tenacious and focused. Then they compounded the error by coming after ME and the rest of our family.

I know that there was a *ton* of stuff she received that she either could not or chose not to include for various reasons. Some had offered no "proof", some requested that it NOT be published since they feared (rightly so) retaliation. One or two others appeared to be 'plants' of outrageous information that could then be used to prove she was 'lying".

Heather took the unprecedented step of having this article reviewed by others for legal content as well as sharing it with other writers for technical comments.

I love my wife Heather and I am *very* proud of her -- I stand beside her throughout this distasteful mess..

Nicely done, Mrs. Sedlock. As my good friend, Fox Mulder, is fond of saying, "The Truth is Out There." Mr. Robinson, the truth always finds us out.
