Richard Heene is no stranger to controversy as he seeks publicity; most recently using his child as a prop in what is now the alleged “Balloon Boy” hoax. Heene may face multiple charges and the wrath of angry sympathizers who waited and hoped for his son’s safety during wall to wall coverage of the untethered balloon.

Reports are surfacing that his antics this past week are nothing new. A YouTube video shows Heene mocking Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for displaying signs of fatigue for her work serving the country. The video, while brief, is instructive and portends the degree to which he will go to garner publicity. It is yet to be determined if he is nonpartisan in his mockery although he clearly would fit in with the Tea Party movement and fellow temporary media star Joe the "Plumber".

The video’s description reads:

Is Hilary Clinton a shape shifting reptilian? Send me video proof please. By Richard Heene, and Mayumi Heene, The Science Detectives, Electromagnetic Fields Recorded in Mesocyclones.
