Richard Karasik, a long time Silicon Valley resident and past owner of an award winning day spa in Mountain View, is now writing, and developing DVDs on Tai Chi for Spinal Cord Injury patients. Richard is a former silicon valley exec having done technical stints in VERITAS and Cisco, but his first passion has been body work in all its various forms. Richard is certified in several modalities including Ortho-Bionomy, Myofascial release, Reiki, Regenisis, Swedish, acupressure, T'ai Chi Chih, and others. Even though he doesn't own a spa now , he is keen to keep people up on latest spa techniques and modalities.
