Tocopherals or Vitamin E listed as a preservative are often made from soy.
Tuna fish packed in water usually has soy in it. We buy the tuna from Italy that is only packed in oil and salt the brand is Tonno Tuna.
Natural flavor is often code for MSG which is made from soy.
