The future of Solano County's commercial real estate is the topic of next week's breakfast meeting of the Solano Economic Development Corp.
Northern California property experts will hold a panel discussion on the current situation and forecasts for future growth in Solano.
"This is an important event for anyone interested in gaining information about the opportunities that exist for growth in our commercial real estate," said Sandy Person, interim president of Solano EDC.
"We've put together a great panel of leaders in the field [who] will share their views and best guesses for what the next year will bring."
The Oct. 27 meeting begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn at 2200 Gateway Blvd. in Fairfield.
Panelists expected to participate include Kevin Ramos of Buzz Oates of Sacramento; Brooks Pedder of Colliers International of Fairfield; and Chuck Shaw of Fite Development Co. of Sacramento, a past state director of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Northern California.
Tickets are available for $25 for EDC members and $35 for non-members.
